Hey, I’m Natalie - and I’m obsessed with helping high-performing professionals take control of their careers.

I’m an ICF-certified Executive Leadership Coach, and I’ve worked with hundreds of leaders building their presence, influence, and growth in highly competitive industries.

Before coaching, I spent 17 years in Capital Markets, working my way from junior analyst to Senior Director in one of the most performance-driven environments there is - the trading floor.

I know what it’s like to be good at what you do and still feel stuck. To outperform expectations, take on more responsibility, and wonder why growth feels slower (and harder) than it should.

I also know what actually changes the trajectory.
